Limiting belief : When WANTING or STARTING something, I don’t follow through. I end up thinking it’s too much of a mental challenge, or allowing any sort of limiting fact be the sign to give up. How that’ll change : One, focusing on one goal at a time (or project). Two, strengthen myself mentally to overcome challenges and not allowing these limiting factors take over me.

i have a few issues with your "finding a mentor" tips: to start with find someone you want to "trade lives with" is already setting yourself up with a unrealistic mindset. First, you shouldn't want to switch lives with anyone and if you genuinely believe that anyone, including people who inspire you, have perfect lives, you're setting yourself up for disappointment. Instead, find similarities between your story and theirs and don't look at your mentor as someone you can take admire but not need to become. Also, "don't take advice from poor people." Really?

1) I am learning Indonesian because I want to participate in an exchange program my university offers 2) To keep it fun and engaging, for input I will be relying on YT, music & podcasts and write down vocabulary that coincides with the topics I'm interested in. For output I will write small journal entries, record audios and talk to myself in Indonesian 3) I will avoid being harsh to myself when I don't meet a goal I've set for myself and I will avoid being too strict with my schedule and rather keep it fun and flexible (to not drop it completely) 4) I will keep myself accountable by setting reminders in my phone and having an accountability buddy who is also learning a language (albeit a different one) 5) I will look up Indonesian creators I can follow, so I naturally keep in contact with the language Thanks for doing this video!
